Eye Cream : What is it?

An eye cream is a cosmetic product that helps maintain the elasticity of the skin under the eyes and on the eyelids, which are considered the most delicate areas on the face (and also the areas most prone to wrinkling). Some eye creams can also help reverse the signs of skin aging by firming and tightening the skin around the eyes.

Eye creams are similar to a facial moisturizers, but they are specially formulated to be extra-sensitive. Other anti-aging ingredients include alpha hydroxy acids, CoQ10, and oxygenated purified water.

Anti-eye bag eye cream

A good anti-eye bag eye cream minimizes eye puffiness and the appearance of dark circles. It helps promote blood circulation and oxygenation to prevent fluid from being trapped under the eyes that cause puffiness. It also helps brighten the eyes and lighten or reduce pigmentation. Ingredients include Octinoxate, Zinc Oxide, and Facial Pigment Control.

Antioxidants: Choose an eye cream loaded with antioxidant vitamins such as Vitamins A, C, and E to regenerate and renew the skin around the eyes and protect it from breaking down.

Hypoallergenic property: Choose hypoallergenic eye cream tested by dermatologists. Before purchasing a product, perform a skin test first by using a bit of the cream on your eyelids and observe its effect after a few hours.
