| Music writing software allows users to arrange notes, sound clips, and audio effects to create music tracks. They import material from various sources, although in most cases direct input is the main source. Most programs have a MIDI-out function for connecting to MIDI devices like keyboards and drums. Some also export raw tracks to an editing program, or record finished tracks onto CDs or DVD-Audio using integrated burning software. |
